He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Okrepkie and Anna Okrepkie; his stepbrother Frank; his brother-in-law Jerry Buckingham; and his cousins, Walter, Doris, George, Mike and Fran.
He is survived by: his sister Mary J. Buckingham; his cousins, Jim, Ardith, Gary, Bruce and Homer; his son Derrick Vincent; and his friends, Fran and Kathy Bastow.
