He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra "Pete" Stephens and Stella Stephens; and his brother Curtis Stephens. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Merritt, Donna Harrington, Diane Ketchum, Gary Stephens, Donald Stephens (Janice) and Duane Stephens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
