He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kiefer (Kuenzli); his children, Laura Tozer (Frank), Cindy Kiefer and Michael Kiefer; his sister Jeanette Barton (late Don Barton); and his grandchildren, Timothy Thomas Jr. (Aimee Meara), Renee Hartwell (Michael), Kristy Tozer (David Grannis), Michelle Kiefer and Melinda Kiefer. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
