She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Yarnes and Lena Koenig Yarnes; her husbands, Michael D. Mariani and Robert M. Evanson; and her son David J. Mariani.
She is survived by: her children, Michael N. Mariani (Salve) of Newark Valley, NY, Suzanne M. Lachman (late Everett) of Newark Valley, NY and Andrew Scott Mariani (Bonnie) of Endicott, NY; her grandchildren, Danielle Conti of North Carolina, Nicole Mariani-Seidel (Brandon) of Binghamton, NY, Scott M. Mariani (Florida) and Mayae C. Lachman of Vestal, NY; and her brother George E. Yarnes of Whitney Point, NY. She is also survived by two great grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the MacPherson Funeral Home (5 Whig St, Newark Valley, NY 13811). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
