She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Neils and Willie Mae Smith-Rhodes; and her siblings, Timothy Arthur, Betty Bellamy, Harold Pinkney, Linton Arthur and Evelyn Arthur.
She is survived by: her spouse Euart Williams; her aunt Ida Mae Smith; her nieces, Regina Ragins-Arthur, Sonya Arthur, Tara Y. Williamson and LaTarsha L. Dawson; her children, Henrietta Curvin, Johnny Brown (Mamie), Linda Lattimore, Mary Frazier (Charlie), Christine McComb (Carl) and Guinett Nails; and her sister Sheila Nails-Bryant. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, neighbors, and sorrowing friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 410 Beech St, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chester Church of God (96984 Blackrock Rd, Yulee, FL 32097). A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at the Oneil Cemetery (4271 Calhoun Way, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034).
