He was predeceased by: his father R. James Green; and his grandparents, John, Agnes "Suzy" O'Neil, James B. and Esther Green.
He is survived by: his mother Bonnie L. O'Neil Green; his pet Alfie; his siblings, Cindy L. Alper (Jeffrey), James H. "Jim" Green (Cheryl), John E. Green (Cheryl), Jason A. Green and Daniel R. Green (Angela); his nieces and nephews, Benjamin, Jessica Alper, Eric, Rebecca Green, Amelia, Bennett, Margo and Clara Green; and his cousins, Kirsten and Caroline Green.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
