He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Hoffman Charnovitz and Edward Charnovitz. He is survived by: his wife Sally O'Brien Charnovitz; his stepson Joseph; and his sister Diane Cummings. He is also survived by two aunts, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
