He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Waters and Merline Waters; his children, Sparkle Walker (Lawrence), Quenyeta Wells, Milton Warren and Stanley Waters Jr.; his grandchildren, Imani Waters, JaQualan Bond, Lawrence Walker Jr., Landen Walker, Na'Cari Grover, London Walker, Messiah Waters, Skylar Waters, Lathan Walker and Mia Warren; his siblings, Ruby Waters, Evelyn Waters, Larry Waters (Baberly), Paulette Waters and David Waters; his stepsiblings, Alma Criswell (Jerry), Ruthie Easterwood (Elvis), Gerome Burton (Joyce) and Fred Burton (Vanessa); his nieces and nephews, William "Terry" Waters (Tracy), Randy Beard (Pamela), Charles Morris (Sterlene), Stanley "Tanky" Waters, Brandie Beard, Jennifer and Joy "Tuga" Waters; his close friends, Armilda Boone-Clark and Janae Thompson; and his stepsiblings, Tommie Lee Beard, Artis Burton and Thomas Burton.
