He was predeceased by: his brother Norman; and his parents, Perla and Demund. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his daughter Cassandra (Marvin Minkler III) of Darien, CT; his grandchildren, Finley and Sonnet Hegarty; his son-in-law Ray Hegarty; his sister Cynthia Barrett of Lafayette, LA; his niece Elizabeth Gallet (Eddie); his siblings, Brenda Harris of Dallas, TX and Douglas Harris (Margaret) of Metairie, LA.; and his pets, Cali and Dixie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends.
