He is survived by: his mother Gloria Elrod; his son Jason Lewis-Elrod; his grandson Javier Elrod; his stepdaughter Taylor Smith; his brother James A. Elrod of New York; his aunt Georgia Mae Dogan of Greenville, SC; and his uncles, James Martin of Baltimore, MD and Paul Martin (Willie) of Williamston, SC. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
