Michael Armstrong Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Armstrong of New York, New York, born in Newport News, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thurma Christopher and Calvin Armstrong; his wife Kendra Parker (Armstrong); his daughter Jessica; his grandchildren, Lamont, Larainah and Lakeria; and the mother of his child Linda. He was also cherished by his in-laws, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228).
