He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurea Gutierrez and Mario Luis Davila. He is survived by: his children, Tyler Rodriguez, Noel Davila and Jazzlyn Davila; his sister Edna Davila; and the mother of his children Joyann Rodriguez. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, his nephew, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Provenzano Lanza Funeral Home (43 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10003). A graveside service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Raymond's Cemetery (2600 Lafayette Ave, Bronx, NY 10465).
