In the vast expanse of eternity, Marian shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Marian farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parent Luvie; and her brothers, William Pete Chestnutt and James Chestnutt. She is survived by: her sister Joann Holmes; her sister-in-law Peggy Chestnutt; her nieces, Shashaena Chestnutt and Audrey (Kevin Edwards); her nephew Rev. Roy Chestnutt; her goddaughters, Ciara Anderson and Ciaraon Amohkdone; her great-nephews, Ezra Chestnutt and Noah Chestnutt; her grandson Elijah Anderson; and her close friend Beverly Matthew.
