She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Russell Moore, Sr. and Mattie Betha Moore; her grandparents, George, Earlene Moore, Frank, Mozella Betha and Lillie Fredrick; and her brothers, Walter E. Collins, Otis R. Moore, Jr. and Alphonso L. Moore.
She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Moore Donald and Josephine Moore Frazier; her nieces and nephews, Ralph Michael Collins (Vergie), Ronald Collins, Otis R. Moore, III (Gail), Benjamin M. Frazier, III, Gail Robinson (Robert Sr.), Darlene Martin (Wesley Sr.) and Kelly Frazier; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Robert Robinson, Jr. (Hien), Wesley Martin, Jr., Benjamin M. Frazier, IV, Dakarai Frazier, Karen Collins, Alysica Collins, Dawn Collins, Shantel Robinson and Kayani Frazier; her goddaughter Felita Tutt (Timothy Sr.); her sisters-in-law, Mary Moore and Diana Moore; her aunt Lerlene Johnson; and her friends, Jeanetta Young, Jakki Stubbs and Lillie Vereen. She is also survived by great-great nephews, nieces, cousins.
Upon returning to Jacksonville, she joined Bethel Baptist Institutional Church (The Bethel Church) and attended faithfully until Covid 19.
