Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kathleen Cotter of New York, New York, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away at the age of 68, on February 22, 2022. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard F. Cotter Jr. and Margaret "Shelia" Curran Cotter; her nephew Daniel; her niece Emily Cotter; and her siblings, Denise O'Neil (Jay Taranto), Michael Cotter (Cely O'Brien) and Paul Cotter.
Relatives and friends are invited, and may visit on Saturday from 1:00 – 3:00 p. m. (Face masks are suggested.).
