She is survived by: her children, Sha-Deena Smart, Janay Thompson, Day-Shawn Carmon and Briana Thompson; her brothers, Brian Thompson and Wilfred Thompson; and her grandchildren, Naheem Sergeant, Corey Petersen Jr., Kamya Petersen, Dillan Carmon and Daylen Carmon (Dash Thompson). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
