She was predeceased by: her parent Donnie Boomer. She is survived by: her mother Celia Boomer; her husband Legion "John" Washington; her sisters, Donna Boomer, Felicia Boomer and Natasha Outlaw (Rudy); and her children, John Washington (Thresica), Hannibal Washington (Ragan), Jaquan Washington (Hiedi), Terrell Washington (Tiffany) and Durrell Washington (Nicole). She is also survived by children, three nephews, three god-daughters, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and a wide circle of friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the H. O. Simmons Memorial Church (105 Mattocks Ave, Maysville, NC 28555). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
