He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rossnagle and Catherine Rossnagle (Quant); his wife Rosalie Dumas; his children, Charles Rossnagle, Gale Rossnagle, Bryan Rossnagle and Diana Lynn Finch; and his sisters, Wilma and Catherine.
He is survived by: his son Ronald Rossnagle of Port Jervis, NY; his sisters, Carol Webb and Nellie Canazarro; and his grandchildren, Tammy Rossnagle, Kayla Rossnagle, Bryan Rossnagle, Nicole Rossnagle, Amanda Moore, Crystal Rossnagle, Grace Rossnagle, Anna Rossnagle and Lena Rossnagle. He is also survived by loving father, grandfather, and sibling, always cherishing his family.
