He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian "Lee" Caputi Meyer and Frederick Caputi, Sr.. He is survived by: his cousins, John Vanadia (Debbie) of Manchester, NJ and Kathy Stupp (Bruce) of Pomona, NY; his godsons, Brian, Sean Vanadia and Cait Currey of Manchester, NJ; his brother Patrick Caputi (Nancy); his nieces, Amanda Caputi and Courtney Paul (John); his nephew Christopher Caputi; his great-nieces, Faith Paul and Josie Paul of Shrub Oak, NY; his stepfather Richard Meyer of Whiting, NJ; and his close friends, Majda and Danny Begonja of Astoria, NY.
