She was predeceased by: her husband Rafael Irizarry Sr.; and her granddaughter Digna "Diggy" Irizarry. She is survived by: her children, Luzma Brennan and Rafael Irizarry Jr. (Anne); her grandson Rafael Irizarry III; her sister-in-law Norma Irizarry; and her great-niece Nephews. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.

In Lieu of flowers a donation to the Dawn Greene Hospice affiliated with Calvary Hospital would be prefered.
