We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2025, at the age of 79, Carlos Rafael Jordan in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Epifanio Jordan and Sofia Jordan (Vera); and his siblings, Gilberto, Epifanio Jordan, Brunilda Jordan, Nelida Arce, Clotilde Leon and Esther Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Jordan; his children, Karl Jordan (Lynn), Kim Barton (Shawn) and Clint Jordan (Jessica); his siblings, Israel Jordan, Hector Jordan (Concepcion), Edna Lectora (Pablo), Juan Jordan, Angel Jordan (Evelyn) and Myrta Quiles; and his grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Nicholas and Sophia.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gleason Funeral Home (1360 Hamilton St, Somerset, NJ 08873). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's RC Church (94 Somerset St, New Brunswick, NJ 08901).
