It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Byong Duk Chung of New York, New York, who passed away on November 24, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Byong Duk may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Byong Duk touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Yong Duk Chung; his sons, Huhnsik (Sue) and Daniel (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Dana, Alexandra, Sara, Theodore and Jason.
A reception was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
