He was predeceased by: his wife Cameron Humphry; and his brothers, Donald Walters, Cleveland Walters Jr. and Walter Walters Walters (Sponnie) of Fairmont, NC. He is survived by: his children, Jerome Walters (Martha) of Odenton, Jeffery Walters of Lumberton, Timothy Walters of Lumberton, Damoris Walters of Lumberton and Judy Walters of Raleigh; and his brother James Walters (Leola) of Fairmont.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (301 N Main St, Fairmont, NC 28340). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at the Fairmont Memorial Park (2045 Marion Stage Rd, Fairmont, NC 28340).
