He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Connie Perez Lazaro; his parents, Francisco and Laura Galue'Lazaro; and his brother Frank Lazaro.

As a depression era baby, Tony was taught by his loving and enlightened parents that charity, generosity, and empathy were necessary values for that time and in perpetuity.
