Wanda M. Kozak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda M. Kozak (New York Mills, New York), who passed away on October 14, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Cohanski and Helen Kutas Cohanski; her husband Anthony V. Kozak; and her siblings, Gladys and Eugene.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony, Donna of Port St, David, Lynn of Utica, Denis and Teri of Whitesboro; her grandchild A. J. Kozak; her sons, Cade, Jeremy and Lauren Kozak; her grandchildren, Bram, Dempsey, Steven, Sara Kozak, Aaron and Jennifer Kozak; and her daughter Leah Kozak (Austin Kozak). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Wanda's name may be made to the Presbyterian Home.
