With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine M. Collins of New York Mills, New York, who passed away on July 24, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon E. Smith and Helen Moulton Smith; and her siblings, Leon, Richard, Maurice Smith, Helen Hillage, Eleanor Granato, Marion Majka and Elizabeth White.

She is survived by: her husband Raymond C. Collins; her daughter Karen Lallier; her grandsons, Alexander and Eric; her children, Michael and Debbie Collins; her grandchildren, Taylor and Michael, Jr.; her daughter Susan Collins (Mark Weller); her grandchildren, Danielle and Christian; her great grandchild Gia Marie (Steven Collins); and also Dozer.
