He is survived by: his parent Marjory Lynch Kelly; his wife Pamela Broughton Kelly; his children, Jessica Kelly Sousa, Jeff Sousa, Tiffany Kelly Haydel, Emily Kelly, Randy Schmidt, Tracy Stantial Mahig, Ric Mahig, Fawn Stantial, Dave Pruitt, Richard Stantial and Nicole Stantial; his grandchildren, Ricky, Fiona, Lila, Violet, Olivia, Owen, Jaylen, Ava, Lucas William and Liam; his sisters, Lucille Lampat, Katherine Brooks and Mary Pryor; and his goddaughter Susan Herd.
