He was predeceased by: his parent Howard E. Miller; and his siblings, Howard Miller, Elizabeth Thompson, Carolyn Miller and Ruth Giesler.
He is survived by: his parent Roberta Miller (Moith); his wife Carole; his children, David (Emily) of Newburgh and Karen Depew (Paul) of Walden; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Paul and Nate Depew. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
