He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar J. Armstrong and Charlotte Armstrong (Ellis). He is survived by: his wife Joni Armstrong; his children, Robin J. Twitchell (David) of Haddonfield, NJ and Nicholas T. Armstrong of New Windsor, NY; his grandchildren, Sophia and Benjamin; and his sister Patsy Tyrell (Armstrong).
