He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cutter and Mary Cutter. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cutter; his daughters, Laura Rueckert (Michael), Jennifer Brady (James) and Amy Bubenicek (William); his sister Rosemary Powell; his grandchildren, Emily, Bridget, William, Christine, Michael and Brendan; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Madeline, Christopher and Cathy; and his nephews, Sean and Michael.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Country Kids Food Pantry, Our Lady of Lourdes 5890 or Wounded Warrior Project in Richard's memory.
