He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Adamborska Pavlik and Anthony Pavlik Sr.; his wife Frances McDavid Pavlik; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Bardin, Dorothy "Dottie" Valentine and Anthony "Butch" Pavlik.
He is survived by: his children, Jane (George Czinkota), Rich Pavlik, Mark Pavlik (Emilia Paonessa) and Jim Pavlik (Shari Green); and his grandchildren, Alison Czinkota (Brian Paragas), Alex Czinkota and Tyler Pavlik.
