He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Garzione and Pierre Paul Belle, II. He is survived by: his children, Pierre Paul Belle, IV and Tracie Lynne Belle; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Belle, Lilliana Belle, Amelia Langone and Alphonse Langone, IV.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Temple Hill Tavern (171 Temple Hill Rd, New Windsor, NY 12553).
