He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Hutton and Eugene Stephen Garrison (Steven); his stepfather Michael Walsh; his brother Richard Garrison; and his son Gary Uttrich.
He is survived by: his wife Marge; his children, Robert Edwards (Jennifer), Erica Hervey (Steve DeMartino) of Monroe, Sara Stach (Max) of Monroe, Kelly Garrison of Philadelphia, PA and Keith Garrison of Brooklyn, NY.; his siblings, Linda Fagan (Albert) of Stony Point, Nancy of Middletown, Tina Marie of Middletown, Steven of Phoenix, AZ, Christopher of San Jose, CA, Laura Garrison-Smith of Middletown, Sally Hughes (Daniel) of Middletown, Elizabeth Russo of Middletown and Daniel Garrison (Lisa Natusti) of Washingtonville; and his sister-in-law Jane Marie Clark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
