He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Neugebauer and Julia Neugebauer (Crosby); his siblings, Oren Dayton, Harriet Nichols, Julia Coleman, Eleanor Long and Gertrude Tripodi; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Tripodi and Jack Gallagher.
He is survived by: his family, Paul, Stephen and Michael; his grandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Nicole and Marlyse; his wife Rachael (Pacelli); his sons, Paul (JoAnn), Stephen (Andree) and Michael (Marisol); his great grandchild Caroline; his sisters-in-law, Delores Dayton, Rosemarie Gallagher and Michele Abato; and also Sonny. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
