She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Ruiz; and her brother David Ruiz. She is survived by: her parent Sylvia Ruiz (Cegielski); her husband Peter H. Samplaski; her children, Lee Samplaski, Scott Samplaski, Todd Samplaski, Chris Nelson (Wayne) and Kim Samplaski; and her sisters, Kathy Gumbert and Jan Vargas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
