He was predeceased by: his mother Doris See; and his siblings, Gloria Ranieri and Robert Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Maria (Apollonio); his children, Domenica, Jennifer and Frederick III; and his grandchildren, Jia, Frederick IV, Laythan, Miyah and Gary.

In lieu of flowers donations to Castle Point Veterans Hospital- VA Hudson Valley HCS.
