It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erwin V. Forman (New Windsor, New York), born in Catskill, New York, who passed away on May 13, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Erwin Forman; and his brother Kenneth V. Forman. He is survived by: his parent Catherine VanBuren Forman; his wife Helen; his children, Aaron Forman (Laura), Dorothy Henry (James) and Chris Forman (Teresa); his grandchildren, Kristen, Jessica Henry, Sarah Santo (Mike), Nicole Curran (Brian), Mark Forman, Rachel and LaCoe; his brother Howard Forman (Olivia); his sister-in-law Dottie Forman; and his aunt Dorothy Forman. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
