Panny (New Windsor, New York), born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 30, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baliko and Josefa Baliko (Simon); her husband Frederick Panny; and her grandson Jonathan. She is survived by: her children, Richard Panny (Carolyn), Ronald Panny (Carol) and Laurie Heine (George); her grandchildren, Heather, Christopher, Justin and Evan; and her great grandchildren, Skylar and Henry.
