He was predeceased by: his parents, James Prokosch and Margaret Prokosch (Flynn). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn M. Prokosch (Bellarosa); his children, Susan A. Sanford (Warren) of New Windsor, NY and Donald J. Prokosch, Jr. (April Macur) of Pine Bush, NY; and his grandchildren, Christian, Andrew, Alyssa and Toni. He is also survived by his cousins and several nieces and nephews.
