With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald A. Dietrichsen of New Windsor, New York, born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on September 1, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Dietrichsen and Marie Dietrichsen (Spangenberg); his stepson Douglas Reis; and his son-in-law Larry Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Arlene A. "Miki" Dietrichsen; his children, Donald A. Dietrichsen, Jr. of Cary, NC, Denise Sullivan of Charlotte, NC, Diane Desern of Raleigh, NC and Debbie Dietrichsen (Mike Flinn) of Wellsville, OH; his stepdaughter Deirdrea Reis-DeSantis (Rand) of Wallkill, NY; his grandchildren, Justin Allen Joshua (Katherine), Daniel J. Wallace, RJ DeSantis and Bridget DeSantis; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Camden, Leon and Jett; his brother Harold; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn McMahon and Patricia Corwin; his nieces and nephews, Karen Bidosky, Nancy Corwin, Kevin McMahon (Sherry) and Glen Corwin (Sandy); and his friend Billy Muska.
