He is survived by: his father John Billard; his wife Susan Billard (Dal Cin); his children, Myles, Douglas, Brighton Billard, Gabrielle and Caroline Billard; his brother John; his sister-in-law Trisha Billard; his sister Debbie Billard; his nephews, John and Christian; and his niece Jillian.
