She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett W. Hyzer and Ethel T. Hyzer (Dunn); her husband John H. Smith; her son Jeffrey W. Smith; and her siblings, Clifford Hyzer, Robert W. Hyzer and Dorothy Korchinsky.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie A. Bell (Charles) of New Windsor, NY; her grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha and Alexandia; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Ryder, Nathaniel and Audrey.
