It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert E. Monroe II of New Windsor, New York, born in Cornwall, New York, who passed away on August 28, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Cecilia Monroe (Rella). He is survived by: his father Albert E. Monroe; his children, Amanda Lamitie (Bradley) of Walden, NY, Sarah D'Agostino (Gino) of Pleasant Valley, NY, Lawrence Monroe (Jazmyn) of Hewitt, WI and Albert E. Monroe, III of New Windsor, NY; his siblings, Freddie Monroe of Highland Falls, NY and Linda Lindsay (Fred) of Southington, CT; and his grandchildren, Callie, Giuseppina and Finn. He is also survived by father who cherished his four children.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the William F. Hogan Funeral Home (135 Main St, Highland Falls, NY 10928).
