He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Joseph and Mary Johanna Flanagan; his wife Luci; his daughter Megan Flanagan (John Formisano); and his sisters, Mary Donaldson (Geoffrey) and Kathy Brolly (John). He was also cherished by great nieces and nephews.
