She was predeceased by: her parents, Ilario Candido and Immaculata Candido (Monteleone); and her husband John W. Roos, Sr.. She is survived by: her sister Antoinette Friscia; her children, Leslie Sepe (Gennaro), John Roos (Cecilia) and Deanna Francella (Steve); and her grandchildren, Lauren, Lindsey Sepe, Matthew, Jillian Roos, Sarah and Kevin Francella.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sisto & Paino, Inc. (16 Shea Pl, New Rochelle, NY 10805). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Family Church (83 Clove Rd, New Rochelle, NY 10801). A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (4199 Webster Ave, Bronx, NY 10470).
