He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Fanelli and Martha Fanelli; his daughter Kerrin Fanelli; and his brothers, David and Mark Fanelli.

He is survived by: his significant other Gail; his children, Bob Fanelli (Alyson), Brian Fanelli (Kerianne) and Laura Nelson (Scott); his grandchildren, Katherine, Michael, Christopher, Kyra, Emma and Grace; and his siblings, Jonathan, Joseph and Mary Claire Fanelli.
