He was predeceased by: his mother Joy Cascio. He is survived by: his wife Gail Cascio (Cappello); his children, Crystal Pace (Peter) of Portland and Michael A Cascio III of New Rochelle, NY.; his father Michael Cascio of Vernon, CT; and his siblings, Tammy Grillo (Carl) of Vernon, CT, Keith Cascio (Nick) of Ruskin, FL and Christopher Cascio (Laura) of East Hampton, CT.. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Mike's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Hospital.
