She was predeceased by: her husband Jim O'Toole. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew (Laura) and Lawrence (Jackie); her grandchildren, James (Keri Sommer), William, Natalie and Cooper; her caregiver Natalie Cosby; and her sister Jean.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, Inc. (16 Shea Pl, New Rochelle, NY 10805). A Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (15 Shea Pl, New Rochelle, NY 10805).
