She is survived by: her parents, Catharine Koontz and Hartselle DeBurney Kinsey; her sisters, Joanne Storey, Carol Kinsey and Melissa Mathews; her husband Peter Lawson Smith; her children, Catharine Price Gaylard (Timothy), Andrew Wellington Clark (Karen) and Peter Kendall Clark (David); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Honenberger (Stuart), Valerie Mitchell Angela (Matthew), Elise Belk (Jacob) and Andrew Bower Abigail (Mindy); her great grandchildren, Finn, Fiona Belk, Alice-Louise, Shirley and Clark Honenberger; and her grandchildren, Maisie, Fletcher, Graham Bower, Jack and Luke Poe. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
