He is survived by: his children, Catherine C. Manning (Jean M. Manning), John Manning (Elizabeth) of Fort Myers and Francis (Frank); his grandchildren, Olivia, Scott and Ali; and his siblings, Margaret of New Rochelle, Patricia of Rhinebeck, William of New Rochelle, Frank of Jacksonville, NC and Matthew of Murphy, NC. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
